Stanley Roads is committed to prevention of injury and ill health at work by:

  • Identifying and managing all risks and hazards
  • Providing a safe workplace and safe equipment, establishing and encouraging safe methods and safe practices at all times
  • Complying with health and safety legislation and other specified requirements
  • Providing effective safety training for all employees
  • Developing a personal responsibility for safety through partnership and consultation with employees on matters of health and safety

Policy

This policy is reviewed annually to ensure and improve its effectiveness in meeting client expectations and other planned outcomes.

Although we have moved forward by introducing plant and equipment with state of the art safety devices, safety in Stanley Group is not just dependant on the introduction of safety devices but on the methods of educating our workforce on the ideals of safety.
